At Hoomix, we are committed to delivering high-quality, reliable, and professionally engineered CCTV systems. To maintain consistent standards, system integrity, and accountability, the following installation policy applies to all surveillance projects.

1. Professional Installation Standards

All CCTV installations performed by Hoomix follow professional engineering practices, including:

• Correct camera positioning and field-of-view planning
  
  

• Use of appropriate junction boxes and protective accessories
  
  

• Compliance with applicable technical and safety standards

2. Project Acceptance Policy

Hoomix accepts CCTV installation projects only under the following conditions:

• New Installations:
  Projects where the entire system is designed and installed from the beginning by Hoomix.
  
  

• Full System Replacement:
  Projects where an existing CCTV system is completely removed and replaced with a newly designed system by Hoomix.
  
  

We do not accept partial upgrades, repairs, or modifications to systems previously installed by third parties.

3. Reason for This Policy

This policy ensures that:

• System performance and reliability can be guaranteed
  
  

• Hidden faults from previous installations do not affect the final result
  
  

• Clear responsibility and accountability are maintained
  
  

• Clients receive a professionally engineered solution, not a temporary fix
  
  

Partial or mixed installations often lead to unpredictable performance and increased long-term costs, which contradicts our quality standards.

4. System Responsibility & Warranty

Hoomix provides service support and warranty coverage only for systems fully installed or fully replaced by our team.
We cannot assume responsibility for equipment, cabling, or configurations installed by others.

5. Client Cooperation

Clients are expected to:

• Allow full access for proper site assessment
  
  

• Approve system redesign when required
  
  

• Avoid unauthorized modifications after installation
  
  

Any post-installation changes made without Hoomix approval may affect system performance and warranty coverage.

6. Commitment to Quality

Hoomix prioritizes quality over quantity.
By limiting projects to professionally controlled installations, we ensure every system we deploy meets our standards for security, reliability, and performance.
